Cancellations made up to 48 hours before your arrival date will not incur a charge.
If you are unable to cancel your booking by this time, you may be charged the first night’s accommodation, and any other nights booked may be charged unless unsold.
There are no cancellation/refunds for any bookings made under our special offers.
Check in / Check out
Check-in is available from 2pm.
Check-out time is 10am.
Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged, however charges of $20 per hour may apply.
