Cancellation Refund Policy

• Cancellations made up to 48 hours before your arrival date will not incur a charge.
• If you are unable to cancel your booking by this time, you may be charged the first night’s accommodation, and any other nights booked may be charged unless unsold.
• There are no cancellation/refunds for any bookings made under our special offers.

Check in / Check out

• Check-in is available from 2pm.
• Check-out time is 10am.
• Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged, however charges of $20 per hour may apply.
